Only six hours and 20 minutes!
Things I am looking forward to in London
Things I am looking forward to in London
- Rosie!!!! Oh I miss that little frito-chip-smelling, grunting, farting, anal-gland-excreting, poop eating, snoring, spunky, fuzzy love of my life. I cannot wait to see her.
- Friends. We don't have a ton of friends in London, but the ones we have are special peeps.
- Orla Kiely sample sales!! I have been a dedicated attender of her bi-annual sample sales ... up until we moved in Oct. So far I have missed two and it hurts. I also miss browsing in the flagship store and cannot wait to head to Covent Garden and get my shop on! What will I buy? This and this.
- City living. I MISS the city life terribly ... the noise, public transportation, walking to get coffee, groceries, the gym, Kaneu's school, zoo, etc.
- Travel. We have a few little trips simmering on the back burner. I cannot wait to get back to exploring!
- Weather. I miss it!! The gray, the damp, the perpetual overcast, the occasional sunshine. I have come to love the cooler weather and have to say that I love a chilly summer day. Warped, I know.
- Cultural stimulation. There is ALWAYS something cool going on - a museum exhibit, music, theatre, festivals, etc. I miss checking out TimeOut to see what's on offer.
- Grocery delivery. I have missed this SO much. I don't like to shop for groceries. I get easily distracted and impulsive while at the store. I have ordered our groceries online which will be delivered Friday morning. Love it.
- Columbia Road Flower Market. We are going on Sunday. I will post all about it. Cannot wait.
- Relax. I am sitting with little miss and she is fired up.

Please stop torturing me. You've tortured me with all of your beautiful beach pics over the past couple of months, and now you are torturing me by moving back to my FAVORITE CITY IN THE WORLD!!!
Ok, I'm going to remove your blog from my google reader because I just can't handle it anymore. (kidding!)
this is one the happiest post I've read of yours in a long time and...i'm so happy for you. sad for me. sad to not see my godbabies, sad to not hang with my best girl, and sad to not argue with my favorite man among men. but happy for you. honestly happy for you.
i love you you all and miss you already.
ps - i'm crying now.
pps - tell Kaneu I think I need my own book of pictures so I won't be so sad.
What a happy list! I love a cold summer day so I believe London weather (and shopping, and city life) would suit me wonderfully!
Safe travels!
What a wonderful list!! (Especially the Rosie part!)
This makes me miss Boston so much. I physically hurt for it right now. So now I'm jealous. Very very jealous...

It sounds wonderful! When can I come visit?!
Have a safe trip!

Welcome back. I miss all of you terribly already but am so happy for yall to be home as a family of 4!!!!
I have to agree with Abby on the weather comment? Overcast, rainy and chilly; still trying to figure out how thats enjoyable but then again i'm a sunshine kind of girl. So i guess i'm biased. That must be why when i came to London in May it was 80 degrees when i arrived!! I brought it with me!
